Urban Cowgirl
Retail Manager & Customer Experience Specialist
Urban Cowgirl Denver is more than just a retail store. We aim to bring creativity, customization, and a personal touch to everything we do. At UCG, the business is more than just a shop, it is an experience.
A place for the community to come together. We create custom hats and branded leather goods, host events like country line dancing and workshops for adults and children, and open up our doors to anyone who wants to feel a part of something fun, unique, creative, and joyful.
Business is no longer about the bottom line or sales; it is an EXPERIENCE. And that is what we strive to create at Urban Cowgirl Denver.
When you join the Urban Cowgirl Denver Family, you will do more than just sit at a desk and sell. You will help create an experience daily for our customers (our frontier family, really). Welcoming them in, anticipating and answering their questions, making them feel at home, and helping create an experience that is unique to them.
We also offer the opportunity to be creative and design your own apparel, hats, and accessories to sell in-store. Accompany the owner when attending the world’s largest buyers markets so you can understand and learn how to operate a retail business from the inside out. Create unforgettable relationships with key industry partners like Corkys, Flag and Anthem, Justin’s, Management One, and more.
