Ground & Release Yoga Class at Vibe Wellness – Honoring Black History Month

In honor of Black History Month, yoga instructor Kendal will guide you through a grounded flow that nurtures your body as it is right now. This is a safe space to be present with yourself and the collective through breath and movement.
This class will acknowledge the divine black bodies that have historically endured pain and suffering in the United States. Yoga allows the body to acknowledge and release the stored energy that we tend to hold onto. The pace will be slow and intentional, allowing your body to feel into each pose.
Blocks and blankets will be provided for this class.
