So many new businesses are open at Stanley Marketplace, and the Halloween calendar is packed with fun events this season that are sure to keep you (and the rest of Denver and Aurora) entertained.
Stanley’s proximity to DIA makes it a perfect place for travelers to kick off their Colorado trip or wrap it up with a flourish. Whether you’re coming home or just visiting, Stanley Marketplace is the spot to get a great meal, do some last-minute shopping for souvenirs and plane snacks, and experience true Colorado culture before or after your flight.
It’s also become a go-to locale for the working crowd: Stanley is a convenient and cool place to grab lunch, dinner, or happy hour drinks after a long day of working, teaching, or studying at nearby Anschutz Medical Campus. Stanley Marketplace can serve as a holistic “third place” where you can relax, be creative, and embrace connections with your community—all part of a joyful, well-rounded routine.
Regardless of what brings you to Stanley this season, it’s time to embrace the spice and spookiness of October at Stanley Marketplace.
Halloween Spooktacular Bash: Saturday, October 26

Trick or Treat Extravaganza: October 27

Dia de los Muertos: Honoring Tradition at Stanley
Join us on Friday, November 1st, and Saturday, November 2nd, for a special celebration of Día de Los Muertos, the vibrant Mexican holiday that honors our ancestors, friends, and loved ones who have passed. Experience the beauty of the tradition with ofrendas displayed on a colorful altar designed by renowned artist Norberto “Beto” Mojardín.
The altar will be installed later this month in Stanley’s Common Area, thanks to a collaboration between Village Exchange Center, Stanley Marketplace, Create Kitchen + Bar, and Xiquita Restaurante y Bar. Visitors are invited to stop by and learn more about this important cultural tradition, which blends indigenous Mexican practices with Catholicism in a beautiful celebration of life, death, and memory.
