From our friends at Stapleton Mortgage & Realty:
Join us at Stanley Marketplace on Saturday, June 2, at 9 AM for a 1mile-ish course that starts and ends on the grassy lawn of the West Patio outside Stanley Beer Hall! This is a dog-friendly, stroller-friendly fun run course that is all about enjoying our community and celebrating our sustainable values.
As part of the Fun Run, we're hosting a shoe drive for Soles For Souls, a charitable organization that puts unwanted shoes to good use in the US and in the world. There are collection booths for unwanted shoes throughout Stanley, at most directories in the marketplace.
Participants receive a free fun-run t-shirt...plus discounts from select Stanley Marketplace retailers and restaurants. Your participation also earns you an invitation to stick around and enjoy the day’s free entertainment: music, a bouncy house, and face painting.
This is a very relaxed, un-timed event that is open for everyone to enjoy at the pace that's right for them. Our route sticks to sidewalks and around the park, so everyone can be safe and have fun. Volunteers will keep you on the path. Please remember, you are responsible for obeying all traffic laws and regulations. We run rain or shine. Dress appropriately for the weather. There will not be a bag check.
We hope to see you at the event!
