Rolling Smoke BBQ

After being laid off from corporate jobs twice in six years, Terry Walsh decided to follow his passion for BBQ and launched the Rolling Smoke food truck, which quickly became a beloved staple of the metro Denver food scene. Rolling Smoke's joint at Stanley offers a delicious variety of smoked dishes, including ribs, brisket, sausage, pulled pork, homemade mac & cheese, collards, and baked beans.

Rosenberg’s Bagels & Delicatessen

The crafty crew at Rosenberg's retrofitted their water system in order to perfectly recreate New York City water, which makes their bagels the most delicious you'll have anywhere west of the Big Apple. Also featuring specialty fish, sandwiches and coffee, pretzels, bagel balls, pastries and bread, an extensive vegetarian menu and a kids menu, Rosenberg's never disappoints.

Bringing together the beginning of "Salad" and the end of "Pizza" to create the perfect match, SAZZA features local, organic, and sustainably grown ingredients, including plenty from an urban farm they will open and operate on Stanley's grounds. One of the most sustainable and transparent restaurants in the country, Sazza helps the rest of Stanley be sustainable, too.
