Last year, through our Giving Wall program, Stanley patrons and businesses donated gifts for 313 people in need! We were flabbergasted and delighted at that number, and at the generosity of our extended #StanleyFamily community. We hope to reach a similar number this year.
This is a family friendly activity. Those of you with kiddos are welcome to bring them to the Giving Wall and let them take the lead on this project, as an exercise in giving back.THANK YOU in advance for helping us help others. We are honored to be part of such a giving community.
Our friends from the Aurora Police Department are escorting Santa and Mrs. Claus to The Hangar at Stanley for a special event that will include visits with Santa, storytime with Mrs. Claus, and an impressive collection of vehicles from APD.
Santa Claus is visiting Stanley three more times this holiday season, for two hours each time, and we are accepting reservations for the first hour of each of these visits, so some families will be able to see Santa with a very short wait. Here's the link to sign up:
Tuesday, December 11, 5 to 7PM
Tuesday, December 18, 11AM to 1PM
Friday, December 21, 9AM to 11AM

Please be sure to sign up for an appointment:
Online: donors.bonfils.org. Enter Site Code B147
Please bring a photo ID with you, eat a substantial breakfast and lunch on this day, and be well-hydrated.
NEW! Complete your health questionnaire before you come to the drive: http://www.bloodsystems.org/health.aspx
National Blood Donor Month has been observed in January since 1970 with the goal of increasing blood and platelet donations during winter – one of the most difficult times of year to collect enough blood products to meet patient needs. During the winter months, inclement weather often results in cancelled blood drives, and seasonal illnesses like the flu may cause some donors to become temporarily unable to donate.
