Scratch-to-table and wood-fired fare sourced locally and with the seasons that honors food producers, nourishes consumers, and embodies craftsmanship, creativity, and rustic simplicity. From chef Caroline Glover, who's worked at Acorn and the Spotted Pig, Annette serves lunch, dinner, and brunch and includes a full bar.

Bringing to life the very concept of mi casa es tu casa, Cheluna is a microbrewery and taproom with a warm atmosphere and a dozen distinct brews inspired by the flavors and rich multicultural history of Mexico.

Comida Cantina

Mexican-inspired street food made from sustainable, quality ingredients and an extensive cocktail menu in a festive indoor/outdoor space. "Stanley Marketplace is about community, and it's about fun," says owner Rayme Rossello. "I like both of those things a lot!"

Denver Biscuit Company

The first single-concept shop from the Fat Sully's and Atomic Cowboy team, serving gourmet sandwich and biscuit entrees for breakfast and lunch, as well as beer and craft cocktails in a full-service environment.

Infinite Monkey Theorem

The IMT team has turned the former Stanley Aviation breakroom into a funky taproom on the third floor, with a warm, intimate ambiance and plenty of comfortable nooks and mountain views, where they serve their own Malbec, Rosé, and Sauvignon Blanc on tap, along with a selection of canned favorites. IMT represents a counter culture in winemaking, operating from edgy locations and leading the global trend for innovative alternative packaging.

Logan House Coffee Company

A full-service coffee shop and bar from the guys behind Logan House's thoughtfully sourced and roasted beans delivered in recycled wine bottles via bicycle.

Mondo Market

A food lover's paradise, Mondo offers an extensive selection of cheese and salami, freshly made sandwiches and other prepared foods, gourmet groceries, and fun and hard-to-find ingredients, with a chef's counter for cooking demos and more.

Sazza

Bringing together the beginning of "Salad" and the end of "Pizza" to create the perfect match, SAZZA features local, organic, and sustainably grown ingredients, including plenty from an urban farm they will open and operate on Stanley's grounds. One of the most sustainable and transparent restaurants in the country, Sazza helps the rest of Stanley be sustainable, too.

Stanley Beer Hall

Craft beers and delicious food in a large and festive indoor/outdoor space overlooking Stapleton, Stanley's parks, and the mountains.
